Tactics (Your Opinion) Empty
PostSubject: Tactics (Your Opinion)   Tactics (Your Opinion) EmptyMon Nov 05, 2012 12:40 pm

Since I know you didnt get to post on the locked forum, here is the same thing and you can put your opinion now.

First of all,Ill explain how our team works. With 2 men, we have 4 group tactics.

1.Ambush
Both men take an assault rifle and pick a good spot to hide. We
will use distant port as an example. On distant port however, one man
would have either a shotgun or a DE.50 and they would both hide in the
tunnel room.

2. Assault One man takes a powerful assault
rifle and the other takes a machine gun. The gunner provides cover fire
as the lead man moves forward. A scenario would be pushing down the
tunnel.

3. Sniper ambush. One man picks an assault rifle and
the other takes a sniper rifle. The lead man heads into the tunnel room
and starts a firefight. The sniper sits in the party rooms. The goal is
to push the enemy to leave out the side tunnel or move in view so the
sniper can pick them off, forcing a revive and giving you time to
progress and kill them. A silenced sniper rifle is suggested and an
unsilenced assault rifle.

4. Stealth Attack Both Men take
silenced Assault Rifles and attempt to come from behind the opponent.
Such as through the side tunnel since they are not expected from there.

For a 4 man team, which we prefer,we use 2 teams,Alpha and Bravo.

Alpha
is the main team, Bravo is the Tactic team. Alpha has a man with an
assault rifle and a , and a man with a machine gun. Bravo has a man with
a Sniper rifle, and a man with either a sniper rifle or an assault
rifle with a scope. The team uses one of 4 tactics.

1. Full team. All 4 men move together, and do not separate.
2. Split team #1. Alpha moves to a direct attack, while Bravo flanks or snipes from a distance.
3. Stealth Split. Alpha makes direct contact and bravo attacks from the enemy's rear.
4.
Lone Operative. In order to surprise the enemy,Alpha has 3 men,on a
frontal attack, and Bravo is a lone man. Alpha armed with their normal
weapons makes it appear to be a full assault. 3 men is enough to keep
the enemy still. The lone man moves around into the enemy spawn and
comes up totally behind the enemy. It allows him to pick them off, since
he will have a silenced weapon, then Alpha can move in to finish the job.

for
6 man team. 6 men teams have 2 options. #1 two 3-man teams, #2 or a
4 man team and a 2 man team.#3 Also,if necessary a full team can be
used.

For #1, Alpha and Bravo both have 3 men. Alpha is assault team, and Bravo is Tactical Team.

Alpha
has a leader which carries an assault rifle. The second man Carries a
machine gun, and the third carries either a CQB rifle such as the HK 416
or a shotgun.
Bravo has a leader in charge of stealth. He has a
silence Assault rifle, and usually a pistol. The second man has a Sniper
Rifle and the Third has either a Silenced CQB Rifle or a Silenced Sniper
Rifle.

For #2,Alpha has 4 men and Bravo has 2. This is the
classic 6 man fireteam. The first two men in alpha have Assault rifles,
the third has a machine gun,and the fourth has either a Shotgun or a
Sniper Rifle. Though a shotgun is Preferred. The Bravo team has 2 men
armed each with either a assault rifle or Sniper Rifle.

1. Bravo
Snipers If the bravo team arms themselves with sniper rifles, their
job is to cover Alpha from sniper fire, and to pick of Enemies before
Alpha has to confront them. They can also be used as a decoy to steer
the enemy's attention from the real attack.

2. Bravo Stealth Team
If armed with Silenced weapons,Bravo will attempt to flank the enemy
and score quiet kills during Alpha's firefight. If unseen, the enemy wont
know they are firing and remains ignorant of Bravo's presence.

3.
Bravo Support Team. Bravo armed with Unsilenced Assault rifles moves
from the flank to attack the side, and if Alpha needs help, they quickly
fall back and form with Alpha. Creating a reoccurring reinforcement.

#3
Full Team. The first 2 players have assault rifles. The third man has
a Machine gun. The fourth has a Sniper Rifle. The fifth has a shotgun
with a reflex sight. And the sixth has either a shotgun or a CQB rifle
(M4 or HK 416 exp.)with a reflex sight.

They move together to
complete objectives. Using each unique man to his weapon's advantage.
Creating an assault fireteam that can handle anything. Most times the
secondary weapon is a pistol. Mark 23 or DE.50 is your choice.

#4.
An alternative option, split into Alpha Bravo and Charlie. Alpha uses
assault rifles. Bravo uses Sniper Rifles and Charlie uses heavy Weapons.

Finally, The 8 man team. There are three choices STT uses.

1.
Full Team. All 8 men Armed with anything other than a sniper rifle
launch a barrage against the enemy. Advancing forward without
separating. This creates an overwhelming force and usually secures a
victory.

2. 4 teams. Alpha Bravo Charlie and Delta. Each team has 2 men.

Alpha. Both men have Assault rifles or One man has an Assault rifle and the other has a shotgun.
Bravo. Both men have Sniper rifles.
Charlie.Both men have machine guns.
Delta. Both men have shotguns or Both men have silenced Sniper or Assault rifles. This depends on Alpha's selected loadout.

3. 2 teams. Alpha and bravo. Each team has 4 men.

Alpha.
The first man has an Assault Rifle. The second man has either an
Assault Rifle or a Shotgun. The third man has a machine gun and the
fourth has a Sniper Rifle.

Bravo. The first man has an Assault
rifle. The second has a silenced Assault rifle. The third man has a
sniper rifle and the fourth has anything other then a sniper rifle.

Those are the team tactics and setups we use.
