Recruiting Procedures

1. Any member may recruit a player for STT, but must then immediately give their info to a commander.

2.
When recruiting a player,the recruiter must post a bio of the player in
the Roster or Members section of the game they are leading on or in the STT facebook group.
Like if you are recruiting on BF3, you must post the bio in the BF3 Clan roster section.

3. The player must be a team player. Lone wolfs will not be tolerated and they must listen to the commander.

4. Check their KDR. Try not to recruit player with a KDR under 0.50

Watch to see what they do best with. If they get lots of headshots, refer them as a sniper. If they do well with machine guns then refer them as a support gunner.
6. Make sure that if possible they register and are active on this site or facebook.
7. Make certain that they wear the clan uniform when applicable.
8. Take a screenshot of their best score they have gotten and post it in their bio so their rank may be selected.
9. If possible, give a personal evaluation of them.
10. Make sure they are active gamers.
