| Ok,in Socom4 there is no uniform customization. You simply choose one of the many characters. The Seal Team 12 Team character is Chimera. Which you unlock when you reach XP level 10. Which doesnt take long. However,if you have the DLC packs,you may use Specter or Jester. Yes,its the classic Specter. I included images of one.I couldnt find one of Specter alone but here is he and Jester. Specter on left. Chimera   | |
